Description
Riders of the Purple Sage is Zane Grey's best-known Western Romance Novel. It revolved around two romances. The first involves a woman who has inherited a ranch in a remote Mormon town and a gunslinger who rides in and falls in love with her. The second romance involves a young cowboy hiding from religious leaders and a young girl who rides with a band of outlaws. Set near the Grand Canyon, the novel is filled with marvelous landscape and gunsmoke.
